Online Shop FAQ's

We can deliver our products across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you’re planning a delivery to Scotland, please get in touch with us below.
We are looking at possibilities of deliveries across Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Outer Hebrides in the future.
We ask that you check everything before you submit your order to us. Once we have received your order we may be able to still amend it, but unfortunately there is no guarantee. 
We send all of our orders with a next day delivery service via DHL. We will try our best to deliver on your chosen date, however if you have a special occasion, we suggest you order it for the day before as this allows for any unexpected courier delays. Unfortunately we cannot deliver at a specific time on your chosen day, however you will receive a 1 hour time slot notification on your day of delivery.
Our treats are hand-packed with special cooling packs and will last 48hrs out of the fridge from dispatch, so don’t worry; you’ll still be able to hide it for the occasion!
Our boxes are all hand-packed with special cooling packs which refrigerates the box for 48 hours from dispatch. We recommend placing your afternoon tea in the fridge if it is not going to be eaten straight away; however due to the cooling packs, they will be ok out of the fridge, so you can hide the box somewhere and keep it a secret!
Some of our products may change every few months as we only use the best seasonal ingredients and also so our menu maintains fresh and exciting. They may show as ‘out of stock’ or might not appear in our shop at all.
Our varying afternoon teas will always come back when the season is right, so keep an eye out!

Absolutely, we do offer tastings. Please contact us to arrange one for yourself.
We will talk with you through your full plans, your ideal menu, event ideas and understand the shape of your planned day, and afterwards we will send you a much more detailed initial plan and quote for your day, together with any suggestions we may have. We also have a list of recommended suppliers of all kinds, so we can help plan other aspects to your perfect day if you need some help & advice.
Should you want to book with us, we will then send you your personalised deposit invoice. Once paid, your selected date is reserved for you.
Yes, absolutely. We will ask you about these when we ask for final numbers and details and suggest any menu alternatives or adjustments as necessary.
